1. Who we are

YABS Public Relations Management LLC ("YABS") is a Dubai-licensed company formation and PRO services provider. Operating under DED licence [DED licence number — to confirm]. By using yabs.ae or engaging YABS services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

YABS facilitates: (a) Dubai DED and Abu Dhabi DED mainland company formation, (b) PRO services through Tasheel, Amer, and other government-approved channels, (c) UAE residency visa processing through GDRFA and ICP, (d) banking introduction and KYC preparation, (e) FTA corporate tax and VAT services, (f) Dubai DED and Abu Dhabi DED licence renewals, and (g) related compliance and advisory services.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes issued through the YABS online application are valid for 14 days from issue. Prices are AED, broken into government fees + YABS service fee + 5% VAT on the service fee. Government fees are pass-through (billed at cost). Quote becomes binding upon 25% deposit payment.

4. Payment

25% deposit due at quote acceptance. Balance due before final Dubai DED licence issuance. Payment via Stripe, Telr, or direct UAE bank transfer. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

5. Refunds

Full refund if Dubai DED rejects your application within 14 days for reasons within YABS's control. No refund after final trade licence issuance — but the licence is yours regardless. Government fees actually paid are non-refundable. Force majeure events (regulatory changes, system outages) trigger pro-rata refund.

6. Your obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information and documents, (b) be available for in-person attendance where regulatory required (Notary signing, medical fitness, biometrics, bank signatory verification), (c) pay invoices on time, (d) comply with UAE law and your DED licence's activity scope, (e) inform YABS of any material change (shareholder change, address change) within 14 days.

7. Our obligations

YABS commits to: (a) submit applications to government authorities accurately and on time, (b) communicate updates and milestones in real time via your portal, (c) maintain UAE PDPL-compliant data handling, (d) hold professional indemnity insurance, (e) respond to support enquiries within 1 working day during business hours.

8. Limitation of liability

YABS facilitates government regulatory processes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., DED approval, bank account approval, visa approval) — those decisions rest with the relevant authority. YABS's total liability under any engagement is limited to the YABS service fee paid for that engagement (excluding government fees).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' notice. YABS may terminate immediately for non-payment, fraud, or violation of UAE law. On termination, work-in-progress is invoiced pro-rata.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by UAE federal law. Disputes adjudicated in Dubai Courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes

We update these Terms as needed. Material changes notified by email to active customers 30 days before effect. Continued use of YABS services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
