Each authority has its own late-fee structure. Trade licence: AED 250/month max AED 5,000. Employment visa overstay: AED 50/day per employee. Emirates ID: AED 20/day per person. VAT late filing: AED 1,000+ per return. Corporate tax: AED 500+ + 1% monthly interest. Aggregate across an unrenewed entity can exceed AED 8,000 in 12 months.
