100% foreign ownership reform
Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 removed the mandatory UAE national partner requirement. YABS retired its sponsor-introduction service and migrated all clients to direct ownership structures.

FTA corporate tax era begins
9% UAE Corporate Tax effective 1 June 2023. YABS launched the EmaraTax registration + filing retainer that's now used by every active mainland client.

Public website rebuilt as an operator-grade product. Sister brand Formenzo (formenzo.com) launched to serve the structurally different free-zone audience under one Zoho One backend.
