Every YABS quote breaks costs into three lines: government fees (pass-through, billed at cost), YABS service fee (single line, no add-ons), and 5% VAT (applied only to the service fee). The number quoted is the number payable. Government fees are uniform across PRO firms in UAE — what differs is the service-fee structure and whether ancillary work (Ejari coordination, banking introduction, establishment card issuance) is bundled or added later. How is YABS pricing structured?
Three lines: (1) Government fees — pass-through, billed at cost, no markup; (2) YABS service fee — single line covering our work; (3) 5% VAT — applied only to the YABS service fee, never to government fees. The total quoted is the total payable. No hidden charges, no rebooking fees, no document-typing surcharges added later.
What is included in the YABS service fee?
Document preparation, government typing centre filing, ministry coordination (where applicable), MoA notarisation arrangements, Ejari coordination, Establishment Card and Immigration File setup, KYC pre-clearance with banks, ongoing project management until handover, and 30 days of post-issuance support. Any additional work (extra visa, amendment, renewal) is priced separately at the rates published below.
Why are some packages cheaper than competitors?
Two reasons. First, no sales-call gating — the cost of a salesperson, qualifying call, and customised quote is built into competitor prices but absent here. Second, our retainer-driven business model means we accept lower margin on initial setup in exchange for a longer compliance relationship. The break-even shift means the customer-facing price is 15–30% lower than firms that monetise the initial setup.
Are government fees fixed?
Mostly yes. DED licence fees, MOHRE work-permit fees, GDRFA visa-stamping fees, FTA registration fees are published by the issuing authority and uniform across all PRO firms. Some optional fees (express service, premium expedited, custom amendments) vary. Industry-package fees include layered ministry fees (DHA, KHDA, RERA, Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality) — those are activity-specific.
What is the 14-day delivery guarantee?
For standard mainland LLC and most industry packages, YABS commits in writing to deliver the trade licence within 14 working days from complete-document acceptance. If we miss the deadline due to YABS delay, we credit AED 1,000 against the next renewal or service. Guarantee excludes regulator-side delays (DHA / KHDA / RERA pre-approvals) and applicant-side documentation delays.
