Eight modules, one login.

The YABS customer portal at portal.yabs.ae is a private dashboard where every active YABS client can manage their UAE business end-to-end: store all licence and visa documents, track renewal deadlines, file PRO requests directly to the YABS team, see live status of every government application, manage invoices and payments, and stay ahead of FTA, MOHRE, and Dubai DED compliance dates. Free to use, included with every YABS service. Existing portal users continue uninterrupted; new clients get instant access at the end of their first application.

The renewal advantage

Why YABS clients never miss a deadline.

Most UAE businesses lose AED 5,000–25,000 a year to late fees, suspension penalties, and overstay fines — purely because they forgot a renewal. Trade licence late renewal: AED 250/month, capped at AED 5,000. Employment visa overstay: AED 25/day per employee. Emirates ID late renewal: AED 20/day per person. VAT late filing: AED 1,000+ per return. Corporate tax late filing: AED 500 + 1% monthly interest.

The YABS portal sends WhatsApp + email alerts 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before any expiry. Then we proactively reach out to coordinate renewal. Result: 0 late-fee incidents across 500+ clients in the past 12 months.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access the YABS customer portal?

Every active YABS client gets portal access included free with their YABS service — formation clients, PRO retainer clients, compliance clients, single-transaction clients. Login is via OTP on your registered email — no passwords to manage. Existing portal.yabs.ae users are migrated automatically with full history preserved.

How is this different from prozone or other PRO portals?

YABS portal is built around the renewal calendar, not the transaction log. Most PRO portals show you what happened. YABS portal shows you what's coming up — every expiry, every filing deadline, every government fee due — with WhatsApp alerts before fines apply. Combined with itemised AED pricing on every action and direct integration with YABS's PRO team via Tasheel, Amer, MoFAIC.

Can I migrate my existing data from another PRO provider?

Yes. Send us your trade licence, current visas, Ejari, and any other registrations as PDFs. YABS imports them into your portal vault and sets up renewal alerts. Migration typically completes within 48 hours of you sending documents. No setup fee.

Does the portal work on mobile?

Yes — fully responsive web app. No app to install. Open portal.yabs.ae on any phone browser, log in with email OTP, and you have your full dashboard. Push notifications for renewal alerts go to WhatsApp by default; email and SMS optional.

What does the portal cost?

The portal itself is free for active YABS clients. You pay only for the underlying services (formation, renewals, PRO transactions, compliance) at YABS's published AED rates. There is no separate portal subscription. Customers without active YABS services can still use the portal in read-only mode for documents they upload themselves.

Is my data secure?

All documents encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). UAE PDPL-compliant data handling. Documents stored in UAE-region cloud. Access logged with audit trail. No data sold or shared with third parties. Two-factor authentication available for sensitive operations (visa cancellations, share transfers).
