Yes. The founding partners include former corporate lawyers and auditors with 10+ years in UAE practice. Our accounting team carries ACCA and CPA credentials. All senior partners attend DED, MoE, and FTA quarterly regulatory briefings.
4 senior partners handle all client-facing work. Each carries 25-35 live files plus 60-80 ongoing relationships. Supporting them: 6 accountants (ACCA/CPA), 3 PRO officers, 2 corporate-secretarial staff, and 2 administrators.
If you’ve been referred to a specific partner by name, yes. Otherwise we match based on activity (mainland vs free zone vs offshore), country of origin, language preference, and current caseload. Matching is done in the first 30-min discovery call.
