UAE corporate tax is 9% on annual taxable profits above AED 375,000, effective June 2023. Profits up to AED 375,000 are taxed at 0%. Qualifying Free Zone Persons (QFZPs) can still benefit from a 0% rate on qualifying income if they meet substance requirements and prepare audited financial statements. Large multinationals (AED 3.15bn+ global revenue) are subject to a 15% minimum top‑up tax under OECD Pillar Two rules.

Mandatory VAT registration is triggered when your taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000 over any 12‑month period, or when you expect to exceed that threshold in the next 30 days.
