1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Formenzo — operated by Formenzo (FZE), licence/approval no. 20232, registered at SRTI Park, Sharjah — to compare UAE free zones and to instruct us to set up your company. By starting a setup you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

We give you transparent, all-in pricing to compare free zones, and we facilitate your company formation with the relevant free-zone authority. We are a business-setup service; we are not a government authority and not a law or tax firm. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or investment advice.

3. Pricing

• Prices shown are all-in indicative figures — authority fee, our service fee and the visa block — based on current published rates. We confirm your exact price in writing before any filing.
• Once we send your written quote, that price is locked for 14 days.
• Government/authority fees are set by the authorities and may change; any change is passed through at cost and confirmed with you first.

4. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to our account shown on your invoice. We never take card details by phone and do not process card payments through this site. Work begins once funds and your documents are received.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, lawful information and genuine documents.
• Make sure your intended activity is lawful and that you’re eligible to own a UAE company.
• Respond to document requests so your application isn’t delayed.

6. Approvals & timelines

Licence issuance and visas are decided by the free-zone authority and government departments. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific timeline; the timelines shown are typical, not promised. If an authority rejects an application for reasons outside our control, government fees already paid to the authority may be non-refundable.

7. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Our service fee is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin filing your application. Once filing has begun, or once authority/government fees have been incurred, those amounts are non-refundable, and the balance of our service fee is pro-rated for the work completed up to your cancellation. Free-zone and government fees are subject to the relevant authority's own rules and are generally non-refundable once paid.

8. No cold-calling

We will never cold-call you. You reach us on WhatsApp or email, on your terms. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for the affected application. We are not liable for authority decisions, third-party delays, or indirect losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, where Formenzo (FZE) is registered (Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park). Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.
