    Commercial License

    Meydan FZ permits the incorporation of different types of companies

    Meydan Free Zone, or MFZ, allows a large set of activities like trading, consultancy, service-related, and professional activities. These activities are clubbed together under a single license, i.e. Business License. MFZ is also the cheapest zone in Dubai. 

    Meydan FZ allows up to 3 activities in a single business license with no additional cost. The zone makes it easier for entrepreneurs to get a business license within 3 to 5 days. The cost of packages is the lowest in all of Dubai. 

    The zone offers access to a unique and bright business community that inspires growth and innovation. The entrepreneurs can obtain their business license by paying a nominal amount. 

    The MFZ incorporates different types of companies:

    Limited Liability Company

    1) Single or multiple shareholders

    2) A shareholder can be person or a company

    3) Can be a trade or services company

    4) Minimum Liability as per the amount invested

    Branch Office

    1) A branch office is a company that is set up outside the MFZ but should be a legal entity of the parent company.

    2) Service-related (consulting, markketing) activity should be applicable.

    3) The international branch cannot conduct trading unless they are not limited liability company.
